When the radio said that we would have a high of 18 degrees today (Tuesday) I wondered what the temp was NOW?
-- grumble grumble --
Then my first call was a woman calling from Maine. I asked her how cold it was. It was one degree without factoring in the wind. I told her that I was going to stop complaining about our balmy 18 degress.
lol
Now it's a couple of days later ... colder and a couple of inches of snow. True, it looks nice. But now that we're all tracking in snow and ice, I'm tired of it already. Kiddies LOVE it - gave them a little boost during this week of exams.
And my Call of Note today is from Los Angeles, where it's 80 degrees. AARRGGHH!!
